THE LAW OF YAHVAH IS THE SAME AS THE LAW OF MOSES

Malachi 3:22 “Remember the Torah of Moses My servant, whom I commanded at Horeb—statutes and ordinances for all Israel.

:23 “Behold, I am going to send you Elijah the prophet, before the coming of the great and terrible day of YaHVaH.

1 Kings 2:3 And keep the charge of YaHVaH thy Elohim, to walk in his ways, to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and his testimonies, as it is written in the law of Moses, that thou mayest prosper in all that thou doest, and whithersoever thou turnest thyself:

2 Chronicles_34:14 And when they brought out the money that was brought into the house of YaHVaH, Hilkiah the priest found a book of the law of YaHVaH given by Moses.

1Corinthians 9:9 For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth Elohim take care for oxen?

Judgments (Exodus 21-23) 24:3 “And Moses came and told the people all the WORDS OF YAHVAH, and all the judgments..

:4 And Moses WROTE all the words of YaHVaH, and rose up early..

:12 and YaHVaH said unto Moses..and I will get thee tables of stone, and ‘a’ law, and commandments which I have written that thou mayest teach them,:

Note there is too much emphasis by some modernists, on THE PLACE where YaHVaH had the commandments placed, versus the judgments. A failed attempt to abolish YaH's Law.

Exodus 25:22 And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.

Deu 31:26 “Take this scroll of the Torah, and place it beside, (on top or near) the Ark of the Covenant of YaHVaH your Elohim. It will remain there as a witness against you, (from The Tree of Life version)

Deu 31:29 For I know that after my death you will certainly act corruptly and turn aside from the way I have commanded you. So evil will fall upon you in the latter days, because you will do what is evil in the sight of YaHVaH, provoking Him to anger by the work of your hands.”

The geographical location of the so-called law of Moses does not affect the force of YaHVaH’s law. Also please notice that nowhere can be found the crafty phrases “Jewish Law” nor “ceremonial law”.

Examine some of statutes and judgments below. Which of those ordinances would they like to do away with?

Psalm 19 and 119 (longest Psalm)

IsaaiYah_59:21 As for me, this is my Covenant with them, saith YHVH; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith YHVH, from henceforth and for ever.

Exodus 26:34 And thou shalt put the mercy seat upon the ark of the testimony in the most holy place.

30:6 And thou shalt put it before the vail that is by the ark of the testimony, before the mercy seat that is over the testimony, where I will meet with thee.,

In the Newer Testament there are 1,050 Laws of Scripture. In the OT older testment there are 212 commandments, statutes and judgments. They are repeated which might make about 613 laws, counting according to tradition.

1 John 5:3 For this is the love of YHVH—that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome (or grievous). James 5 and the whole chapter (or cover to cover?)

Some ministers teach the two commandments only; but those are just a summary of Torah.

Some say there are just Ten Commandments to follow but not the WHOLE Torah/Law which you see below. If we remove ninety of the one-hundred statutes below, and observe only the Ten, it is significant to note that eliminating the broad spectrum of the Torah is quite enormous and unacceptable in ANY country. What ARE those Laws the minister dislikes and wants to eliminate? Comment, “Why would anyone WANT to ignore and cancel any of these statutes?”

TORAH LAWS:

Ten Commandments, including Statutes and Judgments (Ex. 20 to 23)

Ecclesiates 12:13 Fear YaHVaH and Keep His Commandments for this is the whole duty of man.

I. CIVIL AUTHORITY

A. YaHVaH, the highest Sovereign: Ex. 20:1-3; Daniel 4:25, 32; Acts 5:29

B. Constitutional Law, or the Ten Commandments: Ex. 20:1-17; Deut. 5:1-21

C. Civil Rulers must study and enforce YaHVaH's Torah Law: Deuteronomy 17:14-20; Joshua 1:6-8; Romans 13:1-4

I. CITIZENS AND ALIENS

A. Qualifications for citizenship

1. Must agree to obey Law and Government: Ex. 19:5-8; Romans 13:2-7; 1 Cor. 6:9, 10

2. Disqualifications of those who have worked against the nation in the past: Deuteronomy. 23:1-8

B. Changing YaHVaH's Law forbidden: Deut-Debarim. 4:2

C. Other gods/elohim, their systems of law, and practices forbidden: Ex. 20:1-3; Deut. 18:10-12

D. Foreign Policy

1. No inequality of justice permitted toward aliens: Ex. 12:49; Lev. 25:35-37

2. Restrictions on aliens having citizens as bond servants: Lev. 25:47-55

3. Citizens permitted to charge usury of aliens if outside the nation: Lev. 25:35-37

4. Intermarriage of aliens with citizens forbidden: Deut. 7:1-3, and verse 6

III.

TAXATION AND WELFARE

A. Court is a religious establishment under authority from YaHVaH, the Supreme Judge: II Chron. 19:5-10

B. Judges and appeals courts: Ex. 18:25, 26; Deut. 1:17; Matt. 18:15-20

C. Contempt of Court: Num. 15:29-31; Deut. 17:8-13

D. Perjury and its punishment: Lev. 6:3-5; Deut. 19:16-21

E. Two or more witnesses are required for any conviction: Deut. 19:15

F. Slander, or false witness: Deut. 22:13-21; Lev. 19:16; Ps. 101:5

VI. FAMILY LIFE

Item A. Marriage

1. Marriage is ordained (licensed) by YaHVaH: Gen. 1:27, 28

2. Intermarriage of races and religion forbidden: Deut. 7:3, 4, 22:9; II Cor. 6:14

3. One-year honeymoons: Deut. 24:5

4. Incest defined and forbidden: Lev. 18:10-15, 20:17-19; Deut. 22:30

5. Childless widow to be married to nearest kinsman to ensure family inheritance: Gen. 38:8; Deut. 25:5-10; Ruth 1:12, 13, 3:9

6. Polygamy wrong: Gen. 16:1-5; Deut. 17:17

7. Marital separations forbidden, unless Deuteronomy 22:22 "Not a Maid" or deliberate continual treachery or deception of marital status.: Deut. 24:1-4; Jer. 3:1, 8

8. Remarriage permitted only if legally annulled: Matt. 19:7 for "pornea" and Deut 22:22 "Not a maiden" discovered on the wedding night normally. A male's virginity in a Hebrew town: Would be known if he were promiscuous.

B. Parental Authority

1. Authority established: Ex. 20:12

2. Parental discipline of children established: Deut. 21:20; Prov. 19:18, 22:15

3. Parental authority and responsibility in the education of their children: Deut. 4:9, 10; Prov. 22:6; Eph. 6:4

IX. PROPERTY AND ECONOMICS

A. Land inheritance

1. Land not to be sold, but to be allotted to all citizens: Num. 26:52-56 Lev. 25:23

2. Urban land may be sold: Lev. 25:29-34

3. Inheritance to be passed on to the father's sons: Deut. 21:16, 17

4. Firstborn son given the double portion of goods as his birthright: Gen. 25:31-33; Deut. 21:17

5. Daughters given inheritance, if no sons: Num. 27:6-11

6. Land inheritance cannot be moved from one tribe (state) to another: Num. 36:7

B. Agricultural and ranching practices

1. Cross breeding, hybridization forbidden: Lev. 19:19

4. Helpless or injured animals must be helped: Ex. 23:4, 5; Deut. 22:4,6,7

5. Working men and beasts must be fed well: Deut. 25:4; 1 Tim. 5:8

6. It is not theft for hungry to eat of growing crops: Deut. 23:24, 25; Matt. 12:1

C. LABOR LAWS

1. Labor ordained by YaHVaH: Gen. 3:16-19

2. Weekly Sabbath of rest: Gen. 2:3; Deut. 5:12-15

3. Fair payment of wages: Lev. 19:13; Deut. 24:14, 15; 1 Tim. 5:18

4. Bond servants tenure is limited to 6 years, unless he desires to continue: Ex. 21:2

5. Marriage of bond servants: Ex. 21:3-11

6. Treatment of bond servants by employers: Deut. 24:14, 15; Lev. 25:39-55

7. Bond servants must submit to employers: Titus 2:9

8. Escaped bond servants not to be returned, unless they are working to pay restitution: Deut. 23:15, 16

9. Aliens (who have no land inheritance) are servants: Lev. 25:44-46; 1 Kings 9:20, 21

10. Chastisement of bond servants limited: Ex. 21:20

D. Loans and usury

1. Loans to needy mandated: Deut. 15:7-11

3. All debts cancelled every seven years: Deut. 15:1-3

E. Theft

1. Fraud or theft forbidden: Lev. 19:11, 13, 15; Deut. 5:19

2. Theft punishable by restitution in direct proportion to amount stolen: Ex. 22:1-5

3. Weights and measures: Lev. 19:35-37; Deut. 25:13-15

4. Kidnapping (menstealing) punishable by death: Ex. 21:16; Deut. 24:7

5. It is not theft for the hungry to eat of growing crops: Deut. 23:24, 25; Matt. 12:1

F. Liability

1. Lost property must be returned to its owner: Lev. 6:2-5; Deut. 22:1-3

2. Accidental destruction of property: Ex. 22:6

3. Loss of borrowed property: Ex. 22:14, 15

4. Destruction or loss of property by carelessness: Ex. 21:33, 34, 22:6

5. Injuries by animals: Ex. 21:28-32

6. Helpless or injured animals must be helped: Ex. 23:4, 5; Deut. 22:4, 6, 7

10. SABBATHS AND FEASTS Not Sacrificial nor "Ceremonial"

FEASTS ARE KEPT IN THE NEW TESTAMENT

All of the Feasts of Leviticus 23 are also present in the New Testament.

Of the 1050 NT decrees, we are beckoned to go up to YaHVaH's annual Feasts.

Acts 2:1 And when the day of Pentecost (Firstfruits) was fully come. (In summer when crops mature)

Acts 12:3-4 (Unleavened Bread) “...intending after passha/Passover to bring him forth to the people.”

Acts 13:42 “the Gentiles besought ...next Sabbath.”

:44 “and the next Sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of YAHVaH “

Acts 16:13 and on the Sabbath we went out of the city by river side..

Acts 17:2 and Paul, as his manner was went unto them and 3 Sabbath days reasoned with them out of the Scriptures.

18:4 ...and he reasoned in the Synagogue every Sabbath and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks. (A D 54)

18:21 ...saying I must by all means celebrate this Feast (Pentecost)

Acts 20:6-7 and we sailed away from Philippi after the days of Unleavened Bread.

20:16 for Paul had determined to sail by Ephesus...for he hasted if it were possible for him to celebrate at Jerusalem the day of Pentecost.

ATONEMENT-YOM KIPPUR

Acts 27:9 “Now when much time was spent, and when sailing was now dangerous, because the Fast (G3521) was now already past” (7th month,10th day: Atonement). (“Fast” was capitalized for you to show its significance.)

I Corinthians 5:8 therefore let us keep the Feast...with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. (Unleavened Bread). This is about Passover, not its' Jesuit substitution of Communion.

10:1-4; and 16b The bread that we break is it not a sharing in the body of Messiah (ISR translation)

1 Corinthians 11:20 When ye come together therefore into one place, this is not to eat the YaHVaH’s supper.

23 For I have received of the YaHVaH that which also I delivered unto you, That the YaHVaH Messiah the same night in which he was betrayed took bread: 24 And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.

25 After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me. 26For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do show the YaHVaH’s death till he come.

27 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the YaHVaH, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the YaHVaH. 28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. 29 For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the YaHVaH’s body. 30 For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. 31 For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged. 32 But when we are judged, we are chastened of the YaHVaH, that we should not be condemned with the world. 33 Wherefore, my brethren, when ye come together to eat, tarry one for another. 34 And if any man hunger, let him eat at home; that ye come not together unto condemnation. And the rest will I set in order when I come.

16:1-2 Upon the first day of the week let everyone of you lay by him in store as YAH has prospered him, that there be no gathering when I come. (Collection for the saints, not a Sabbath day)

16:8 But I will tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost. (35-37 years after the resurrection.)

Hebrews 4:4 For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And Elohim did rest the seventh day from all his works. 5And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest. 6 Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief: 7 Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts. 8 For if Messiah had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. 9 There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of Elohim. 10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as Elohim did from his.

11Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

FEAST OF TRUMPETS

1 Thessalonians 4:15-18 For this we say unto you by the word of YaHVaH, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of Messiah shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16 For YaHOSHA Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of YaH: and the dead in Messiah shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet YaHOSHA in the air: and so shall we ever be with YaHOSHA. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

REVELATION 11:15 “And the 7th Messenger blasted..The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of YaHVaH and of His Messiah; and He shall reign for ever and ever.”

John 7:37 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Messiah stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. 38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

John 13 - Passover

Now before the feast of the Passover, when Messiah knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end.

IsaiYah 66:22-23 – Sabbath days; New Moons: future

For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the YAHVAH, so shall your seed and your name remain. 23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the YAHVAH.

ZechariYah 14 All flesh shall go up from year to year (in the millennium) to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.

Likewise the people of the land shall worship at the door of this gate before YaHVaH in the Sabbaths AND in the New Moons (Also Numbers 28:11) Satan and some hate YaHVaH's Laws and Feasts.

Popular version:

Let no man therefore judge you in meat/eating (verb posis), or in drinking (verb brosis), or in respect of an Feastday, or of the New Moon, or of the Sabbath days: 17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Messiah.

Qualifying sentence:

Let no man therefore judge you BUT THE BODY OF MESSIAH in eating (verb posis), or in drinking, or in respect of an Feastday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: 17 Which are a shadow of things to come (not were a shadow of things to come).

ISR Version Let no one therefore judge you in eating or in drinking or in respect of a Feast Day or a New Moon or Sabbaths-which are a shadow of things to come – but the body of Messiah.
